契约执行成本与民营企业R&D 投入

摘要： 更高的契约执行成本显著降低了企业的R&D概率和R&D强度。同时,与国有企业相比,民营企业的R&D投入对契约执行成本的依赖程度可能更强,具体表现为,更高的契约执行成本降低民营企业R&D概率和R&D强度的影响规模,远远超过了对国有企业R&D概率和R&D强度的影响规模。以各城市的法律文化受英美法系传统的影响强度作为契约执行成本的工具变量进行的估计可得出同样的结论。这意味着,提高以法院为基础的契约制度的效率,降低契约执行成本,可以显著促进民营企业的R&D投入,提高民营企业的创新能力和市场竞争力。
