空间思维的实践转向：本土社会工作专业化何以可能

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 经历十余年的快速发展之后,中国本土社会工作已经进入专业化发展的关键阶段,特别是在近几年兴起的跨部门联合推进的影响下,如何提供有效的专业服务不仅成为社会工作者关注的核心议题,而且也成为服务利益相关方共同关注的社会焦点。当下社会工作专业服务往往采取的是问题视角和优势视角,由于这两种常见的实践逻辑都采用了关注“是什么”这种抽离日常生活的外部观察的线性思维方式,致使专业服务需要结合场景的实践要求。场景实践要求人们融入到具体的场景中,关注“怎么应对”和应对行动的反思,以此拓展人们在具体场景中的实践空间。显然,这种空间思维的实践依据是人们的实践理性,目的是增强人们在具体场景实践中的行动空间。它不仅是西方社会工作专业服务发展的要求,同时更是中国本土社会工作专业化的诉求,与中国本土专业服务的现实处境和文化精神资源高度契合。
