摘要: 劳动治理型企业有悠久的历史,但对这类企业的经济学研究却一直处于某种边缘状态。这种情况在中国也不例外:在为数不多的关于劳动治理型企业的文献中,大多限于介绍与评价沃德和瓦尼克的理论,而对于此后这一研究领域的新进展则鲜有涉及。事实上,在瓦尼克以后,这一研究领域一直表现活跃。其中,由沃德开创的新古典范式的劳动治理型企业理论不仅一直是主流,而且取得了一系列值得关注的进展。尽管劳动治理型企业没有取得主流地位,但劳动治理型企业是在市场经济长期发展过程中自发形成的,与市场经济具有某种自发的适应性,并能在长期中与资本治理型企业展开竞争,从而显示出独特的优势。在中国进行混合所有制改革中,劳动治理型企业应当引起高度重视并鼓励其发展。
