摘要： 不同的所有权结构对公司经营的激励与监控机制、公司控制权市场的竞争与代理权的争夺以及公司文化治理等公司治理机制关键层面的影响具有明显差异,公司在其成长与发展进程中必须加强对其所有权结构合理性的审视并给予相应的调整与优化。
