摘要： 在全球经济步入知识经济时代的今天,保护知识产权显得越发重要,因为它影响着社会、经济等诸多方面,而其中一个很重要的方面就是知识产权保护水平对外商直接投资(FDI)流量的影响。以国际贸易与投资中经典的引力方程模型为基础,利用中国的相关数据检验可以发现,中国知识产权保护水平的提高会对中国的FDI流量产生显著的促进作用,知识产权保护对于FDI的影响程度随着国内市场规模的扩大而减弱。分析知识产权保护对于中国外商直接投资(FDI)流量的影响,为现有有关知识产权保护与外商直接投资关系的经验研究增加来自发展中国家的经验。
