海洋港口融资研究动态综述

摘要： 海洋港口和基础设施的规划建设及设施间配套衔接体系的整合完善,直接关系到海洋经济发展的规模和潜力。海港作为海洋开发以及海洋和内陆联通的平台,既需完善的多元化投融资体系,也依赖于港口融资理论的发展和完善。20世纪70年代国际港口民营化改革以来,海洋港口融资的理论研究涉及海洋港口融资基本理论、海洋港口融资渠道、投融资模式选择、港口融资风险与投融资决策评价等方面。而由于港口融资系统的复杂性及各项融资方式自身的局限性,对于具有公私混合双重特征的港口基础设施融资中不同类型资本的参与方式、各种资本的参与度等问题仍存有很大争议。
