大学技术转移绩效测量研究

摘要: 在知识经济时代,知识生产者在经济发展中发挥举足轻重的作用。作为知识生产主力军的大学与科研机构,其技术转移已成为知识商业化转移的重要方面并成为各大学的重要发展目标之一。尽管几乎所有的大学都在从事技术转移活动,但各个大学之间商业化活动的发展极为不平衡。在荷兰,虽然诸多大学的学术业绩较高,其技术转移的绩效却差强人意。从传统型大学到创业型大学的转轨无疑是个艰巨的过程,然而很多大学,特别是一些西方国家的大学正日趋呈现企业化的趋势。
