摘要: 将实物期权应用到家庭购房决策上, 在未来房价不确定条件下, 家庭是否购房, 是一个何时购房的机会选择。家庭若选择付出一期的租金, 而不在当期做出购房决定, 此举可能经由下一期的房价下跌而获得弥补甚至获利, 但也有可能因为房价上涨而增加总成本的支出。
