摘要： 创业助力性环境与环境中的创业活动水平、个体创业动机水平和创业支持资本之间存在作用关系,中国当前的社会环境已经属于创业助力性环境。具体而言,助力性环境对创业活动水平具有正向影响,政府构建创业助力性社会有助于提升创业活动水平;助力性环境对个体创业动机水平具有正向影响,主要表现在创业教育、社会制度等环节;助力性环境对创业支持资本具有正向影响,刺激创业的政策促进了风险资本市场的发展。
